Eveently provides a marketplace connecting event service providers with clients. We facilitate bookings, payments, and communication but are not directly responsible for the quality or execution of services.
Users must provide accurate information and comply with all applicable laws. Any fraudulent or abusive behavior may result in account suspension or termination.
Eveently charges an 18% commission on completed bookings. Payments are facilitated through our platform, and providers receive net earnings after commission deduction.
Eveently is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, including service failures or disputes between clients and providers.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
